Our Company
Whitespace is a team of researchers, engineers, innovators, creatives and technologists who design, develop and build new ideas and products for organisations to solve their tricky problems. We were founded in 2012 as a tech start-up based in Belfast & London. In 2019, we won Digital DNA's Company of the Year and the Digital Innovation Project of the Year in 2022. Today, we have nearly 50 employees and continue to grow and flourish!
We help businesses innovate, from the small things that can make a big difference to more involved 'Eureka!' projects. We work with global clients to develop products, markets and ventures that will improve things.
Our Mission is to feed our hunger and curiosity by building a sustainable tech company in the constant pursuit of excellence.
Our Vision is to empower people with the courage to solve seemingly impossible challenges.
Whitespace has 3 core work streams:
Innovation Community: We provide a safe space for innovators and leaders to communicate, network, and swap ideas.
Innovation Lab: Together, we use our skills to solve existing problems, find new answers and then build the tech for our clients.
Leading-edge Technologies IP We have some pretty cool tech to share with the world. Our products take collaboration and decision-making to new heights.
We also believe our people come first, that's why we're proud of the culture at Whitespace. Our teams are given the tools and information they need to do their jobs and the freedom to get on with it. We have some cool perks too: 4 days working weeks in July, August & December, the last Friday of every month off, a monthly team breakfast and regular social gatherings. That’s maybe why 97% of our employees would recommend someone to work here!
