Whitespace awarded as a supplier to the Government's G-Cloud 13 framework
Whitespace has gained “Approved Supplier” status from Crown Commercial Service (CCS) for the latest release of the Government’s public sector procurement framework – G-Cloud 13.
Company News
For the first time, organisations can find, and purchase, Whitespace solutions and products, on the government's digital marketplace.
G-cloud 13 offers public sector organisations a simple, compliant way of purchasing cloud-based services on a Digital Marketplace catalogue. The framework was launched in 2012, with the aim of easing the procurement process for the UK government and other public sector bodies. It provides pre-vetted experts (over 40,000 services from more than 5,000 suppliers), shortening the procurement process for digital and data services, and offering a reduced total cost of ownership when compared with operating in-house.
In this latest release, Whitespace has joined over 5000 suppliers who have been awarded a place on the agreement, offering its solutions within the cloud software of the framework.
Public sector organisations will be able to review and purchase the following products developed by the Whitespace team:
eamli - our decision intelligence platform that supports government departments to make better decisions.
Shift Platform - our collaboration platform; focused on delivering quality, curated collaboration within and beyond the constraints of traditional organisations
It is great to have our products & services now endorsed & accepted onto G-Cloud 13. It enables our Pub Sec clients to both be reassured that an element of due diligence has already been completed and to make it easier for the Commercial teams to facilitate its acquisition. A win-win for the client and us!Neil Rawsthorne, Head of Commercial (Public Sector)
