UK Government Invites Whitespace to Showcase Collective at the INTERPOL General Assembly
In November 2024, the UK hosted the 92nd INTERPOL General Assembly in Glasgow. Whitespace was one of 12 private sector companies that were invited to participate and exhibit at the event held over four days.
As the largest global gathering of senior law enforcement officials the event saw over 1,000 participants gather, including 65 Chiefs of Police, from 179 countries as well as the UK Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer.
In collaboration with Apple and Coventry University’s Centre for Peace and Security, Whitespace showcased a range of AI applications powered by Collective. These applications demonstrated use cases in knowledge sharing, capturing operational lessons learned, and real-time body-cam footage analysis.
Using Apple computing hardware, we also demonstrated how these applications can operate in disconnected or denied environments. Additionally, we showcased Collective’s ability to leverage AI models within a closed AI network, seamlessly running between server (Apple Mac), desktop (laptop), and remote or mobile devices (phone and tablet).
