This role is for a placement designer who wants to gain experience of the entire UX process and who is not afraid to get stuck into new challenges.

Our company

In 2014 Whitespace started as a VC firm investing exclusively into startups who were able to address the business challenges of our corporate clients. Through working with the startups, and the corporate teams, to ensure successful delivery of the technology solution we developed a world-class tech’ team able to build scalable products used by global clients. This became our Innovation Lab.

Since 2016 we closed our fund and have focussed all our efforts in developing our Innovation Services, Innovation Lab and Innovation Community programs to establish ourselves as one of Europe’s leading innovation agencies powered by our global community of Corporate innovation practitioners and startup founders.
The Role

We’re looking for an Intern User Experience design placement student to join our team for 2020/21.

As a UX placement, you will be work alongside our design team to actively contribute to both internal and external client projects. You will have an opportunity to work across the entire UX process, from user research to interaction and visual design, being fully supported by mentors in the design team to allow you to grow into working independently with the wider product and engineering teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing design team in a company which recognises the value of experience design – our clients include global corporates and exciting early-stage startups.
