Each of our designers, engineers, researchers, founders and technologists brings their own expertise. Together, we use our skills to solve existing problems and find new answers. And then we build the tech. It’s a more sustainable way of working.

The Role

As community manager of Shift, our online innovation community, your role will be to ensure the community on the platform is healthy, growing, well connected and an active source of problem-solving activity.

This role is for a connector with proven experience in customer-focused roles, who is passionate about people and innovation. You need to be comfortable adapting to different ways of working as the community develops.
